Treyarnon beach
There is a sandy beach at Treyarnon at all states of the tide, backed by sand dunes. The beach is at the back of an inlet between Treyarnon Point and Trethias Island which provides a bit more shelter from the wind and waves than the wide beach at Constantine. On the right side of Treyarnon beach is a rock platform with rockpools and one very large rockpool that acts as a natural swimming pool when the tide goes out. On the left side of the beach, Trethias Island is part of a reef which is exposed on low spring tides.
